gt44 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gt44 ("gt44", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gt44 website located at gt44.org, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and support features offered through the Platform. By accessing the Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or participating in any promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the gt44 Platform regardless of the device used to access it. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close any account you may have opened. gt44 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the gt44 Platform is strictly conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. gt44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle.

• 1.You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false date of birth information to circumvent age verification is a material breach of these Terms.
• 2.You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity) registering an account for personal, non-commercial use only.
• 3.You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent or contractor of gt44, nor an immediate family member of any such individual, as this creates a conflict of interest that prohibits participation.
• 4.You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on any online gambling platform, including any self-exclusion you have voluntarily placed on your own gt44 account.
• 5.You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are uncertain about your legal capacity, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of the gt44 Platform, you must register a personal account. Each player may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. gt44 may at any time request supporting documents to verify your identity, age, payment method or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawals until verification is complete.

• a.You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• b.Your account credentials (username and password) are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. gt44 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• c.gt44 reserves the right to refuse any registration application without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.
• d.Players must log out of their gt44 account after every session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device. gt44 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred due to failure to log out.

Deposits and Withdrawals

gt44 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. gt44 does not charge any deposit fee on Bangladesh mobile banking transactions; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges, for which gt44 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. gt44 will process withdrawal requests within the timeframe published on the Platform at the time of the request. Withdrawals are only available to players whose accounts have passed any applicable identity and payment verification checks required under our KYC policy.

• a.Funds deposited into your gt44 account must be used for gaming purposes. gt44 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where there is insufficient wagering activity relative to the total deposit amount, which may indicate misuse of the payments system.
• b.gt44 reserves the right to suspend processing of any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime, pending investigation. Any funds found to be the proceeds of fraud or financial crime will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.
• c.In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, you are obligated to notify gt44 immediately. Funds credited in error remain the property of gt44 and must not be wagered or withdrawn. gt44 may recover any erroneously credited funds from your account balance at any time.
• d.Currency conversion is not applicable on the gt44 Platform. All balances, deposits, wagers and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in BDT. gt44 is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider if your account is linked to a foreign currency source.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

gt44 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, tournament prizes and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across the gt44 Platform. Bonuses credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each specific offer will be stated in the promotional terms for that offer.

• a.Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• b.gt44 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal or modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a player's account.
• c.gt44 reserves the right to refuse, withhold or reclaim any bonus or promotional incentive where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion between players to generate artificial wagering activity.
• d.Bonus expiry periods apply. If you do not meet the applicable wagering requirement within the timeframe specified in the promotional terms, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

Responsible Gaming

gt44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the harms associated with excessive gambling. In furtherance of this commitment, gt44 provides all account holders with access to deposit limit tools, session time reminders and a self-exclusion facility. These tools are accessible directly from the account settings panel and take effect immediately upon activation.

gt44 operates a strict minimum age policy of 21 years. Where gt44 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period of suspected underage play will be forfeited. gt44 actively cooperates with responsible gaming organisations and encourages players who feel their gambling may be becoming a problem to seek help promptly.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gt44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• i.Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage in games, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or manipulate the outcome of any wager.
• ii.Colluding with other players, including through real-time communication outside the Platform, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to exploit bonus or promotional terms.
• iii.Using funds deposited on the Platform for any purpose other than genuine personal gaming, including using the Platform as a mechanism for money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• iv.Registering more than one account, sharing an account with another person, or allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• v.Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse or threats directed at gt44 staff, customer support agents or other players through any channel including live chat, email or social media.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the gt44 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, audio, video, data compilations and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the exclusive property of gt44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of gt44.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gt44, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the gt44 Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, even if gt44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gt44 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness or suitability of the Platform or any content available through it. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In particular, gt44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. Where applicable law does not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, those warranties are limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Account Termination and Suspension

You may close your gt44 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, gt44 will process any eligible withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method before closing the account, subject to applicable verification requirements being met.

gt44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or financial crime; failure to pass identity verification; or where gt44 is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction. In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms or suspected fraud, any balance held in the account may be forfeited pending investigation.

Amendments to These Terms

gt44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations as a player — gt44 will provide reasonable notice of the changes by posting an updated version of these Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically; gt44 is not obligated to provide individual notice of non-material updates.
